Travel Contract Jennifer Pastiloff/Jennifer Pastiloff Yoga Manifestation Yoga Location: Ebbio, Tuscany, Italy July 2012 Booking Conditions Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking detailed below prior to booking a trip with Jennifer Pastiloff Yoga. A signed copy of this contract must be returned to Jennifer along with your deposit which acknowledges that you have read and accepted all terms. 1. Our Contract All bookings are made with Jennifer Pastiloff Yoga (us/we) and by booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us). Your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to on our website in relation to a Yoga Retreat in Tuscany at Ebbio. This contract is between us/we and not Franz the owner of Ebbio or Ebbio. 2. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made after May 15th, 2012 then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. 3. Final Payment Payment of the balance of the trip is due by May 15th, 2012. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. 4. Passport and Visa You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation. 5. Your Details For us to confirm your travel arrangements you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details include full name as per your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details. 6. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers heading to Italy and, if purchased, should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with all recommended minimum coverage of $200,000 USD. We also strongly recommend it cover cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience. We shall have no liability for loss, theft of or damage to baggage or personal effects. Personal belongings lost or stolen while unattended by the client in public lounges or other public areas, whether on board a vessel, train, bus, or other mode of transportation, publicly owned or operated by affiliated tour operators or elsewhere, are not reimbursable. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear, and other acts of God are not reimbursable. We cannot accept responsibility for and in no event shall be liable for loss or damage of valuables or other articles left in or on facilities used by us such as hotels, home stays, vessels, expedition vehicles, or any other mode of transportation. 7. Inclusions 7 Nights 8 Days at Ebbio Main Farmhouse Shared Occupancy double or triple (If you have a problem with snoring which will prevent you from sharing a room please let us know right away) Pick up at Siena Train Station at 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. July 2nd, 2012 (If you miss those pick-up times you can take a local taxi to Ebbio on your own or share with 3 others for around 25/30 euro. That cost will not be reimbursed to you.) Drop off at Siena Train Station on departure day Vegetarian Meals each day with wine at lunch/dinner at Ebbio only Three meals per day except for arrival day which will be dinner only and departure day which will be breakfast only. There will be fresh fruit available all day at retreat. One Tuscan Vegetarian Cooking Class One group trip to a local town/winery/winetasting (Lunch is not included in that trip and will be self-catered by you. (If you choose to stay at Ebbio that day you will be served lunch) One full day-trip to beach on the Mediterranean with picnic lunch supplied by Ebbio with a visit to the ancient ruins of the Abbey of San Galgano on the way back. If you choose to not take part in any of the included trips or class there will be no refund in whole or in part for these individual events. These events are included as part of the whole trip if you choose to take part or not. 8. Exclusions The land price of your trip does not include: International or internal flights Excess baggage charges Visa and other passport fees Travel insurance Alcoholic beverages-except wine with lunch and dinner at Ebbio Optional activities (not included above in #7 Inclusions) you choose to do on your own are your personal expense. This would include transportation to and from them, sightseeing and your costs including meals. You will not be paid for or reimbursed by us/we whole or in part. 9. Cancellation by Traveler All monies received, above the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded if the cancellation is made 60 or more days before the retreat.
