I Am No Longer Asleep "For 3 straight days, we lived together, did yoga together, danced together, ate together, cooked together, drank wine together, laughed together, cried together, sat silently together, manifested our dreams together and we let go of our fears, doubts and stories together. What did I leave with? Community. Support. Love. Friendship. Safety. Laughter. Comfort. Bliss. Dancing. Awakening. Clarity. Joy. Guidance. Power. I have never felt more supported, loved and lifted up by any other single person or group of people in my life. Jen attracts beautiful souls and being surrounded by such love only means you will love yourself even more. She sees you for who you really are and leads you to the place where you can see it as well. You have to dig deep, and be willing to get through the sh*t, but when you do, it is life-changing. There is a light inside each of us waiting to radiate out to the world. "Jen's October 2012 Ojai Manifestation Retreat was my first ever yoga retreat. I went in thinking I would practice a lot of yoga, maybe meet a few cool people, and enjoy a weekend outside of LA. Fun, but nothing earth shattering. I could never have imagined what magic was in store for me in Ojai! The weekend was truly life-changing for me, and was so much more special than I could have ever dreamed. The yoga was great, and the estate and grounds were gorgeous (oh and loved that wine tasting!), but it was everything else that really made this experience one of a kind. Jen has a gift for pushing you deep into your muscles--especially into your heart. Opening up about your innermost feelings to virtual strangers somehow felt completely normal, and these strangers quickly became family. I left the weekend with a clearer head, fuller heart and 40+ amazing friends. I am signing up now for the May 2013 retreat. I cannot imagine missing the opportunity to experience this magic again." Hi Jen, "Jen has this amazing ability to create a safe and loving environment with yoga, dance, writing, and amazing food.
